What is LIV?
LIV is a technology company that allows you to request beauty services anytime and anywhere. LIV professionals come to you whether at your home, in the office, or in your hotel room.
Who are the LIV professionals?
We have handpicked each one of our professionally trained stylists, manicurists, masseuses and makeup artists. Their experience varies from working at the top salons and spas to doing editorial, commercial, fashion, film and event work. The common thread is that they are incredibly talented and passionate about what they do.
Is LIV safe?
Yes! We perform an extensive background check of our professionals and request a police record, conduct a personal interview, psychological testing and review their personal and business references.
How does LIV work?
Download the LIV app from the App Store. Open the LIV app and follow the instructions to sign up. Choose your preferred service. On the following screen, tell us the time and date you want your service. Choose the location where you want to receive your service. Choose one from our list of available professionals and confirm your appointment.
Can I select my LIV professional?
You can book a specific professional by clicking on “Our Stylist” on the menu bar. There you can see your LIVprofessional available time slots.

How do I pay for my LIV service?
You will be prompted to enter your credit card information upon your first booking on the app, which will then be securely stored for all future appointments.
How much should I tip my LIV professional?
Tipping is not obligatory but it is appreciated. If you wish to tip, the amount is at your discretion.
What is LIV’s cancellation policy?
We know things change, so we make it easy for you to cancel your reservations. If you cancel more than 3 hours before your appointment, we will not charge you any cancellation fee. If you cancel within 3 hours, but at least one hour prior to your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the list price. Appointments canceled within one hour of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full list price for the services selected. All cancellations on services booked with special offers or promo codes will result in the forfeiture of the special offer or promo code.
